SALIS
(Substance Abuse Librarians &
Information Specialists) is an international association
of individuals and organizations with special interests
in the exchange and dissemination of alcohol, tobacco,
and other drug (ATOD) information.

32nd Annual SALIS Conference
The 32nd SALIS Conference
will meet in New York City on April 27-30, 2010, hosted
by David at the National
Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia
University. Conference attendees will stay
at The New York Helmsley Hotel, near the conference
venue at CASA, within walking distance of Times Square,
Grand Central Station and the United Nations, and
close to the Broadway Theater District and Rockefeller
Center.
We have an exciting lineup of
speakers from the worlds of ATOD research and policy,
Library practice, and SALIS members from the US, Canada
and Europe, plus extra activities and a cornucopia
of sightseeing and cultural opportunities. We
hope to see you soon in New York City! View

we hope to extend our outreach -- especially to the
wider ATOD and Library communities. Our new LinkedIn
